Welcome Concept was established in 2016 in Lisbon as a property management company founded by two sisters, Cynthia and Camila, originally from Brazil but raised in Portugal, with experience living in the UK and UAE. Over the years, we have built strong partnerships with a select group of local property owners and helped numerous investors find and purchase high-quality investment properties.
